Description
Hand-painted framed watercolor, "Waving in the Wind." Fantasy grass.. Winsor & Newton professional watercolors, blues and purples with magenta. (Double matted with purple and white conservation mats, conservation glass, white distressed wood frame... can sent additional photos.)
Sea Gulls following the Cape May Ferry across the bay inspired this painting while staying at the Chalfonte B&B guest house on my first Road Scholar education trip. Stayed at the Chalfonte B&B guest house on my first Road Scholar education trip.
"Where did you see that?" Marge asked.
Well, I just came across the Cape May Ferry and all the Sea Gulls were flying and I wanted to paint what I felt!
Marge Chavooshian taught the Road Scholar watercolor class and was shocked at all the extra paintings I created intuitively after I completed the days assignments.
I did NOT want to go home to North Carolina nor back to technical writing... another 10 years got me to a house and place where I can be the artist I was on that trip!
